Marty Nee, Director of Public Outreach
As the Communications Manager on the MBTA’s Green Line Extension project, Marty proved himself to be an effective leader on major capital programs. With over 30 years of experience in communications and public relations, Marty will be a valuable resource for our clients as he oversees our vast portfolio of Public Outreach projects.

Lakshmi Sabbisetty, Director of Project Controls
Lakshmi has grown in his role as the senior leader of the Project Controls team. He has gained the respect of our clients, manages a diverse portfolio of projects, and is developing standards and procedures to ensure that the quality of our work is unsurpassed.

Kari Richards, Director of Construction Services
With experience on the MBTA’s Red Line/Orange Line Improvement Program, Kari’s field experience and hands-on construction knowledge are indispensable to her role as Director of Construction Services. She has excelled at managing complex projects and is responsive to the expectations of our clients.

Matt Bessette, Senior Project Manager
Matt has excelled as a Project Manager in our Program Management Group having developed strong relationships with our clients, which include the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority and MassDOT, among others. He has earned the respect of his peers and the trust of our clients for his integrity, decisiveness, and construction knowledge.

Congratulations to the University of Massachusetts Amherst on the completion of their Fine Arts Center Bridge Renovation. City Point Partners served as the Owner’s Project Manager for this transformative project which was a gut renovation of the entire structure. We oversaw the upgrading of MEP building systems, improvements to classroom and studio spaces as well as increased daylighting throughout the 646-foot-long structure.
