After a 30-year career with construction managers, David joined City Point Partners to lead our program management practice.  In this role, David is focused on serving our OPM clients through innovative thinking, continuous improvement, and responsiveness. His expertise includes procurement, risk management, work planning, and contract management among other disciplines.  David’s ability to think strategically assists clients as they prioritize the various needs of their capital programs and his construction planning skills allow him to help clients set achievable goals. As a member of our senior leadership team, David is responsible for both project development and project delivery while also taking a leadership role in the mentoring of our junior staff. 

David has a Master’s in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Tufts University. He is also a former Chairman of the Designer Selection Committee for the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development
