A licensed construction supervisor and a member of the Massachusetts Bar, Larry has over 30 years of construction experience 15 years of which were focused on construction change orders and claims on large complex public works projects. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an ability to best support the owner through the complicated processes of claims and change order review. Larry is a graduate of the Northeastern University School of Law.
