Throughout his 25 year career, Matt has developed a reputation for being a dynamic team player. A trusted project manager, he has a proven track record of representing the interests of owners, communicating effectively with contractors, and enforcing compliance with contract documents. As the senior member of our Program Management Group, Matt is conveying these principles to our entire team so that we are responsive to the needs of clients, decisive and communicate in a clear and concise manner. Matt develops strong relationships with clients which have included the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority and MassDOT, among others.
