Bill has extensive construction inspection and QA/QC experience as well as contractor oversight for horizontal construction. As a Resident Engineer, Bill is strategic and considers safety and efficiency in construction operations having designed and improved policies, procedures and controls that streamline construction operations and increase safety. Throughout his 30-year career, he has analyzed and resolved daily issues, responded to emergencies, managed process upgrades, evaluated contractor performance, and provided leadership on a variety of construction sites.
