Lou works closely with our large public agency and institutional clients to foster open communication on our project teams and ensure we are exceeding the needs of our clients. A 25-year veteran of the AEC industry, Lou has earned the trust of clients and teaming partners for his clear and analytical approach to project delivery.

Throughout his career, Lou has served large public agencies as a Program Manager and Contract Administrator. Lou assumed a leadership position on the Boston Harbor Clean-Up project, and has advised the MBTA with regards to changes to their capital delivery process including the oversight of both design and construction teams. Lou has valuable experience as both an Owner and as a Consultant.
