Project Description

What began as a short-term on-call assignment to help Northeastern complete a number of small “summer slammer” construction projects has grown into an 8-year partnership involving larger and more complicated projects.

City Point Partners’ project managers have helped Northeastern oversee many projects, including laboratory and classroom renovations and updates to campus infrastructure. Current projects include the replacement of chillers, emergency generators, switchgear, fire detection systems, and elevator cab equipment, and repairs to building envelopes. In addition to Northeastern’s primary campus in Boston, we have also managed projects on their Burlington and Nahant, MA campuses.
