For over five years, City Point Partners has developed cost estimates and CTD schedules during design and reviewed contractors’ schedule updates during the construction of multiple bridge preservation, rehabilitation, and replacement projects for RIDOT, including:
The Henderson Bridge connecting Providence and East Providence.
Route 37 from Cranston to Warwick – 22 bridges

The bridge work includes repairs to the substructure/superstructure, steel repairs, rust removal, cleaning and painting, and new pavement.
