Rudy is a 30-year veteran of the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry and is our Manager of Construction Services.  Throughout his distinguished career, Rudy, a University of Nebraska graduate, has overseen an array of construction project types.His extensive project experience includes projects in affordable housing, assisted living, public schools and charter schools as well a variety of building types while serving municipal clients.  Rudy has also developed a specific expertise in modular building construction having guided several clients through this unique process.
