Project Controls Specialist
Neel has both vertical and horizontal construction experience with cost estimating, construction modeling, critical path analysis, and developing work breakdown structures. He is a critical analytical thinker with an exacting eye for details. Neel has his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Construction Management and is cross-trained in the multiple software packages we use to support our clients with design and construction schedules, independent cost estimates and cost monitoring tools.
Project Controls Specialist
Yusuf has experience with transportation infrastructure projects and is responsive to the needs of Owners and designers. He monitors construction progress and develops cost estimates and schedules to keep projects within their budgets and delivered on time. Yusuf is proactive in solving clients’ challenges and actively seeks to develop solutions that are resourceful and timely. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering as well as a Master’s Degree in Construction Management.
