Priyatham has both vertical and horizontal construction experience with cost estimating, scheduling, contractor procurement, construction planning, and project budgeting. He is responsive to the needs of clients and proactive in his approach to solving their project challenges. Experienced with delivering Design-Build and CM@Risk projects, Priyatham has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering as well as a Master’s Degree in Construction Engineering Management.

Director, Bridge and Highway
Nick brings over 20 years of experience to his role as Director of Bridge and Highway. He works closely with our Project Controls and Construction Services Groups on refining project delivery and focusing on constructability while enhancing our relationships with key clients in the transportation sector. Nick’s experience includes roles as project manager, design manager, and project engineer for award-winning projects. Most recently, he was a Senior Associate, Transportation Design & Construction for one of the largest design engineering firms in New England where he spent ten years managing a variety of transportation infrastructure projects. A published author and thought leader on bridge and highway projects, Nick will mentor our junior staff and proactively seek opportunities that promote the firm’s growth. Nick has a BSCE from Merrimack College and an MSCE from Northeastern University with a Structural/Construction Management concentration and is a registered professional engineer in Massachusetts.

Public Outreach Specialist

Xavier is well versed in transit and transportation issues having been involved with MBTA projects including the Green Line Extension. He is passionate about issues affecting public transit and is adept at developing creative communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, use of social media, and virtual public meeting solutions. Xavier effectively engages underserved communities through campaigns that utilize both print and digital media as well as strategic relationship building through event planning, and targeted multimedia campaigns. In addition to being passionate about improvements to urban transit systems, Xavier is studying for his Master’s in City Planning at Boston University.

A project manager with over 30 years of experience, Peter has also worked as a field engineer and construction manager on building projects for higher education, institutional and private clients. Peter communicates effectively with clients during both design development and construction and has expertise with implementing the needs of the owner throughout the life of a project including construction scheduling, cost estimate development, procurement, design, contract documentation, and monitoring the construction process. Currently, Peter is managing multiple deferred maintenance projects under our contract with Northeastern University.

On-Site Construction Manager
Mike has over 30 years of experience in the construction and supervision of publicly constructed buildings. He is an independent and hands-on construction manager with experience overseeing construction projects as a construction inspector. He has strong field coordination and supervisory experience and has a broad knowledge of construction methods and techniques. Mike knows how to effectively represent the interests of owners during construction and his expertise includes cost and budget controls, construction schedule management, contractor supervision, and contract administration.
